The blog "The Lives of Pictures" (“Das Leben der Bilder”) originates from the research conducted by a group of MA students within a seminar course held at the Art History Department of the TU Berlin. The blog provides the students with a platform to elaborate their research and present them to the public in an accessible format. Through the history of pictures, the blog explores the manifold stories unfolding on, behind, and beyond the museum walls.
