Through its publications, biannual conference, and workshops SFEJ provides its 200 members in different academic disciplines with a diverse and invaluable professional network. Japon(s) blog is envisioned as a space for its members and the larger Japanese Studies community to share research news, opinion pieces on critical issues in Japanese cultural life as well as book, film and exhibition reviews.
