« Every System Is Perfectly Designed to Achieve Exactly the Results It Gets » http://www.ihi.org.

« Every System Is Perfectly Designed to Achieve Exactly the Results It Gets » http://www.ihi.org. This tautology translates in a good manner the global scientific objective of researches discussed in this notebook: study of causal relationships between (a) organizing and managing methods and practices and (2) economic and social outcomes of healthcare activities. The major challenge relies in the identification of causal factors still imperceptible through current medical, organizational and accounting representation we have access to.
